Rented a red hybrid Toyota Pirus from Rune from 4th - 7th Sep. It was nothing but excellent.👍. We appreciate his flexibility to let us pick up and drop off the car at Flam station due to our luggages. Car was clean and in good condition. He also had arrangements for the car to be avail to free parking within Aurland, which meant we didn’t have to pay any parking during those few days! In fact we were given a new set of tires which we really appreciated. He replied promptly on WhatsApp whenever we have questions e.g. if we needed to pay parking when we were at Undreal. No hesitation to rent from Rune@BGS again and would recommend to anyone looking to rent a car at Flam.

Had an outstanding experience working with Rune at BGS! We rented a car one-way from Flåm to Oslo. We arrived on the ferry from Bergen and met Rune immediately to pick up the car. In Oslo, the handoff back to Rune was seamless. The car was fantastic for the drive and allowed us to see sights we never would have otherwise seen. Communication was easy using WhatsApp -- Rune was very responsive and easy to work with. 10/10 would rent again!

Had a great experience, the owner was friendly and was very flexible when our plans changed, the car was nice, and he even let use use his pass for ferries (we paid him back after via credit card, but this made the trip much easier). The mountain road back into Flam is gorgeous, and it was lovely to see Norway from a car briefly. We were lucky to find this small business.

Had an excellent experience with BGS Car Rental. Rune is highly professional and has excellent communication skills. Despite some unforeseen issues, we were unable to collect our car at the scheduled time but he accommodated us by allowing late-evening collection. The car was clean and well maintained. We had an excellent experience renting a car in Flam with Rune! He was wonderful to communicate with and was able to better accommodate our group with a larger car. He was very responsive and timely--he was at our pick up and drop off locations exactly on time and made the process very smooth. The car was in excellent condition and we had a great time driving around this beautiful area. Highly recommend!
