Var nylig innom Jysk-bytikken på Otta og ble dessverre litt skuffet over opplevelsen. Butikken fremsto som rotete, og det var lite system på varene - spesielt rundt kassene hvor det var mye som lå hulter til bulter. I tillegg var det en del rusk og skitt på gulvet, noe som gav et uheldig førsteinntrykk og virket lite innbydende.

Personalet var hyggelige nok, men det hjelper lite når selve butikken ikke føles ryddig eller vedlikeholdt. Håper dette tas tak i, for det er potensiale her - det trengs bare bedre orden og renhold.

Для водителей: выгрузка прошла быстро, работники молодцы, главное чтобы была свободна дорога и на соседней рампе не стоял грузовик потому что из-за легковых авто становишься на дороге для выгрузки.

I visited this store for the first time today, looking for a candle and a candle holder to honor my son, who recently passed away. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and unsure about which candle holder to choose. I approached Siv, who I believe is the store manager, for assistance. While she was helpful and communicated in English, I sensed a level of annoyance in her demeanor that made the interaction feel somewhat off-putting.

At the checkout, I thought she had scanned all my items and was wrapping the candles when I attempted to pay with my credit card. She abruptly told me, "You have to wait, I can't do two things at once," as the machine wasn't ready. This response felt quite rude and added to an already emotional day.

Overall, my experience here was disappointing, and I don’t think I will be returning.

Bad service. I happen to buy here often but they are just not helpful. Or maybe because I'm not the same color. It just happen today again that I want to buy the "kommode" drawer. And I ask the two employees if they have time to assist. Well I see them chatting, the other one in uniform has working on something, while the other one- I'm pretty sure she is employ there but she is not in uniform. I really wanted to buy that thing, She rolled her eyes and look mad that I interrupt their conversation. (Kindly suggestion ,if employees have a meeting do it in close door, otherwise you'll be in need for help.) It's inappropriate. While their manager don't give a damn either. She seems annoyed that I asked, and don't even give an effort to look which one should I purchase. Unprofessional people. I'm not sorry that I give comments. It's just insulting that though I'm loyal customer, they don't give the minimum service. From now on, I will refrain from coming. 👎

Veldig dårlig kundebetjening. Skulle bytte inn varer som var kjøpt på Vinstra,som ikke tilfredstilte mitt ønske! Hadde ringt hovedkontoret på forhånd å fått beskjed om å bytte varene på Otta! Uhøflig sur og spydig dame i kassen! Fin butikk,men synd å møte slike kundebehandlere!!

Følte jeg måtte trygle om å få hjelp, etter jeg selv hadde henvendt meg til ei ung selger i kasse. Sto 2 ledige unge der, så ingen God opplevelse på Otta.

God kundeservice. Fin butikk. Dessverre så var den ene reolen jeg kjøpte feilprodusert og ødelagt så må kjøre helt til Vinstra for å få ny.
