I have stayed in literally hundreds of budget hotels and this was the smallest yet. If you are a couple make sure you have a great relationship, and if you have a bag each logistics are fun. It was clean and tidy. The communal areas were reasonable and it seemed bringing your own good and drinks was OK. It was also central.

Bien placé à proximité du centre ville et du port pour les départs en ferry, accueil agréable qui reste commercial. Chambre exiguë de 10 m² (couloir de la largeur de la longueur d'un lit (180 cm) avec les sanitaires complets - tout compris). Relativement propre, 2e couette disponible sous le lit, cheveux dans la douche (ça, c'est vraiment dommage).
Petit-déjeuner gratis si enregistrement en ligne (ça ne fonctionne donc pas si vous y allez sans réservation).

Segunda vez que me alojo en un Smarthotel (la primera vez fue en Oslo) y todo estupendo! El hotel de Tromsø, a diferencia de el de Oslo, tiene las habitaciones un poco más grandes aunque en mi opinión el mobiliario parece más viejo. Nada importante ya que la cama es muy cómoda y las almohadas son mullidas.

Si quieres desayunar te ofrecen un desayuno buffet que está entorno a las 195 coronas noruegas. Usé también el guarda equipaje ya que el ferry de mi travesía salía más tarde y quería ver la ciudad. Cierran la puerta del guarda equipaje mediante un sistema telemático y tienes que pedir expresamente que te abran la puerta para recoger las cosa así se evita que entre alguien ajeno ahí.

Está céntrico y el personal es amable.

L'Hotel è comodissimo come posizione,ma le camere sono veramente troppo troppo piccole e il problema più grande è che in Estate la camere è invivibile ed inrespirabile dal caldo! Ho dovuto chiedere in prestito un ventilatore per la stanza e meno male che c'era! Altrimenti non era possibile starci!

Für kurze Aufenthalt kann ich es empfehlen. Sehr kleines enges WC mit Dusche und super kleines Waschbecken. Für schlanke Menschen okay, für große Menschen wird eng. Habe ein Einzelzimmer gehabt. Sauber und sehr gutes Bett. Kein Parkplatz. Für Motorradfahrer schwierig. In die Parkgarage darf man nicht rein und der nächste Motorradparkplatz ist doch relativ weit weg. Vorm Hotel darf man nicht stehen bleiben.

We stayed 2 nights. Rooms and bed are basic and small, but good value for money, compared to other hotels.
It was clean with a good toilet and shower. TV and WiFi was very slow and hardly worked. Coffee at reception was for free but tea was not.
They have no parking space, so we made us use parking garage, which is expensive, just like everything in Tromso.
Location is perfect. City center and sightseeings were all on walking distance.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear phone conversations from the other rooms almost as clear as they were in your room.

The breakfast was the highlight, food was amazing, and the staff was great. But you can't sleep here because of the noise through the paper walls.

The tall guy with the beard at the reception was not friendly at all, as we'd like to store our luggages but unfortunately the locker room was full. Instead of apologizing and finding a solution, he was just ignore us and looking at us with unfriendly face.
The stay was good.
Room was okay.
Location is the best.
